12/7/2021 - Welcome to the Michigan Club of The Villages. We hope you'll find information in this website about upcoming events and and club activities. With over 300 registered members in Florida's friendliest home town, there's a good chance you will find someone you know, or will be excited to meet.

Scroll down to make sure you see key information that may be hidden below. During the Season (Sep-May) the Club normally meets every third Tuesday of the month at the La Hacienda Recreation Center on Avenida Central in Spanish Springs. Our next planned meeting date is as noted at the top of this page.
Except for special Reservation only events we welcome walk-in guests/visitors and doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the potluck will begin sharply at 6:00 PM. The meal is followed by entertainment or a special event. Be sure to wear your Club Badge and bring your Villages ID card for entry into the Rec Center.
Because the Club furnishes the main dish item at every meeting, Members AND Guests must make a RESERVATION if you plan to attend. Click here or on the RESERVATION form link in the Forms section below, to sign up and learn what kind of dish you should bring to pass. Your dish should serve at least 8 to 10 people.
Please bring serving utensils for your dish to pass, and your own beverage (BYOB acceptable). Place settings and coffee will be available.
The RESERVATION deadline is the Sunday before the Tues gathering.

The Michigan Club consists of about 300 members from all over Michigan. We meet once a month, on the 3rd Tuesday, except for the summer months from June to August, when so many go back North to Michigan.
Gatherings open at 5:30 PM and the Meetings start at 6 PM. They are held at the Hacienda Recreation Center in Spanish Springs on the corner of Avenida Central & Paige Place.
Dues for the club season (Sep-May) are $20 per person. Member dues cover everything except for special events like field trips, ball games, Christmas Party, etc.
Each guest is $5 per visit. If you are a New Guest and considering joining the Club, at sign-in advise your interest in possibly becoming a member so we can mark your guest badge. Then if you show it at the next meeting we'll credit your previous guest fee against your membership.
A Membership form for new members is available on the Forms page (see Menu bar above or the Forms column to the right).
Please fill out and submit this form before paying your dues, if possible. This helps us get your payment and contact information correct, and reduces delays thru the membership processing line.
Current Members whose address/phone/email/etc information has changed should also use this Form to update our member database.
During the summer months of Jun-Aug the Club holds no meetings as so many folks head North, back to Michigan, to enjoy the many lakes and cool temperature of our home state. Otherwise we meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
We invite you to visit and experience one of our dinner meetings or events, and we welcome back those we have missed seeing while you have been back North.
Our next meeting date is noted at the top of this page. If you are a non-member and would like to attend a regular meeting please make reservations by submitting the meeting RESERVATION form here. If you are a Member, you will automatically receive an RESERVATION Form by email and can make your reservations with that.

This form is used to sign up as a new Member for the first time, or to update your member information any time there have been any changes in your address/phone/email information.
NOTE: Each individual person should submit one of these forms as the Member Directory is based on individual names not a family group. However, if you and your mate's info (address, email, phone) is ALL the same, you can use a single form with BOTH first names entered.

This form is needed to attend a monthly Gathering. Only submit One (1) Form per family (since you will already be indicating the number of people in your group) on the form.
